Balanced Life Nutrition

Packed with Natural Nutrition

From the wild to the plate Balanced Life raw pet cuisines are gently air-dried, binding the nutritious vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and essential fatty acids found in premium Australian meat and fish into an easily digestible, healthy serving, full of protein and flavour.

Balanced Life pet nutritionists are passionate about an ancestral raw protein diet, with the well being of your pet driving our recipe designs and pet health innovations.

PROTEIN RICH MEATS

Dogs demand a high protein diet to provide the essential amino acids critical to their health and wellbeing. Balanced Life foods are lovingly crafted with high amounts of animal-based ingredients (over 55% for Enhanced and over 80% for Rehydrate!) ensuring you’re giving your pet the meatiest and most nourishing dry food available. High in protein and high in flavour your dog will love the taste and you’ll love the results.

Note for dalmatians, dogs with renal failure and other dogs requiring low protein diets consult your vet before feeding Balanced Life.

GRAIN FREE FOR HEALTHY SKIN & STOMACHS

Balanced Life foods are grain and gluten free.  A grain free recipe ensures all our friends even those with sensitive stomach, bowel issues, diabetes, urinary tract issues and struvite crystals can still enjoy a dry high protein diet they’ll love.

OMEGA 3 & 6 ARE CRITICAL FOR HEALTH

Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids are essential for good health and the correct balance of both is critical to ensure the immune system can defend against basic allergens, particularly skin irritations. These essential fatty acids occur naturally in meat, fruit and vegetables; however they are easily destroyed by cooking, so feeding gently air dried Balanced Life ensures the correct level is maintained and cell function is optimised.

NATURAL PRE-BIOTICS FOR A HEALTHY GUT

Prebiotics help stimulate the growth of healthy bacteria in the digestive tract, which in turn helps improve digestion and immunity. Naturally occurring prebiotics are often damaged by processing in normal pet foods. Gentle air drying on the other hand preserves the prebiotics in our food and treats like flax seed and chicory root, helping your four-legged friend have the best of health.

AAFCO APPROVED FOR PUPPIES & ADULT DOGS

All our foods are formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for all life stages.

That means our foods meet international standards for dog food, containing every nutrient they need in the right amounts.
